Support through sport
Further to Martin’s successful London Marathon runs in aid of Whizz-Kidz, Working Wonders etc, he cycled, with a group of 7 riders, 937 miles from Land’s End to John O’ Groats and raised £150,000 to fund 25 youth apprenticeships. Continuing the charity theme, Martin completed the UK Ironman Triathlon and a few half-ironman tri’s and raised £4,000 for SCOPE charity. Martin has an affinity with sport and if you need such a theme for your development we would be pleased to help.
Business Coaching and Mentoring
Following our Mentoring Skills programme with Calderdale MBC, between 2012 and 2015, we have had a steady stream of people, from all walks of life, requiring coaching and mentoring support. We are also on the framework for the WYCC, Higher Performing Workplaces Coaching and Mentoring initiative.
Get Ready for Work
We have delivered our ‘Get Ready for Work’ employability programmes to a range of partner organisations and individuals. Most of this work is pro bono and we enjoy seeing people, some from disadvantaged groups, making their way back into work. Our new book, by the same title, has helped our clients too.
Graduate Surgeries
Over the past five years we have travelled to Europe to hold ‘Get Ready for Work’ surgeries for groups of new graduates who are transitioning from education to employment.
Networking Skills Masterclass
Team Building
We have been conducting a number of Team Building sessions for a variety of organisations and have seen real improvements in team harmony. We include psychometric evaluation and Appreciative Inquiry in the team journey.
Collaboration and Strategy
We are supporting a number of organisations with collaboration and optimisation of their strategy. This third-party approach, looking in from the outside, helps the businesses to take a more lateral view of opportunities and business direction.
Stage Fright Open Presentations Programme
Leadership
We are running many leadership programmes for a range of organisations and are pleased to confirm that the latest cohort of our BVAA Future Leaders Programme has been endorsed by The Institute of Leadership and Management.
Personal, team and business development
We are supporting local organisations with personal development, team building and business strategy/product development initiatives. Furthermore, Lattitude7 is accredited to deliver a suite of 40% funded programmes on Innovation, Import/Export, Empowering Leaders and Effective HR under the auspices of WYCC (West Yorkshire Consortium of Colleges), Higher Performing Workplaces initiative. Continuous Improvement
Working with a large food retailer we have been providing a multi-session, 14-month programme on Continuous Improvement. Our delegates have acquired key CI skills and been able to implement efficiency changes in the workplace.
On-line
During the pandemic we have turned our attention to supporting clients through ‘virtual’ means and have created a range of programmes to help various groups. These include:
Hello, how are you? – Leading Remote and Virtual Teams
VIP (Virtual Inspirational Presenting) – how to make compelling presentations through a camera lens
Change Management in a virtual setting – change, but not as we know it
Virtual Coaching and Mentoring – how to support others when you can’t physically be together
Get Ready for Work – Employability training covering hard skills and soft skills
Re-entry – helping managers and employees cope on their return to work after the furlough period
